Welcome Back to SWK
Overview
This training was developed for the Emergency Distance Learning Program (EDLP) and featured engaging learning activities and compelling course content covering an array of topics such as soft-skills training, intrapersonal training, personal wellness, mental health, COVID-19 prevention, and working virtually.
The goal of this training was to ensure that employees were kept safe and healthy both physically and mentally when under stay-at-home orders while building their communication skills in a virtual environment and preparing to return to the office. To help employees build these skills, this training included breakout room group work, team building games, and personal development planning.

Students began by reading through the Syllabus, course schedule, and navigating links to student support. In this web-based training, students were expected to log in daily to complete discussions, assignments, readings, and quizzes.
